On the ALBUS wiki page we plan to have a complete account of all our activities. This includes accounts of meetings, including the viewgraphs and minutes. We also want to build up an archive of documents for every workpackage and finally I think it would be fun to have a wiki on the discussion of data reduction platform.
Let me sketch out this stuff. By the way, don't look at this page if you are looking for ParselTongue documentation
Management
Here we will store project planning and accounting. This will include planning charts, and allocations of available resources, manpower and money. It will also contain reports on spendings and timesheets.
AlbusManagement has limited access
Meetings
I propose to use pdf for most documents, even presentations. Maybe I am paranoid, but I don't like to put out my (or your) ppt files for grabs.
The Kickoff Meeting at Schiphol: SchipholKickOff
The discussion on the Future of Data Reduction Software: CottonMeeting
December 2004 telecon and JIVE/MPI discussion: DecemberDiscussions
March 2005 we had a meeting associated with the Software Forum in Jodrell: JodrellSoftwareForum
October 2005 there was an ALBUS meeting and an associated workshop on ParselTongue: DwingelooMeetingandWorkshop
October 2006 there was a telecon: minutes_06106_telecon.txt
May 2007 progress meeting in Bonn: BonnMeetingMay2007
I have decided to put all reports to the board, written and presentations in one single place. So the entries for board meetings have been erased and all of these are now in: AlbusBoardReports
Workpackages
Will contain user requirements documents, design documents, scientific evaluation, documentation and one day even software. There is a placeholder for each package. The first step is to write a user requirements/research plan document. Guidelines for this are given in guide_userreq_v1.pdf .
1.1. CalibrationTransfer

2.3. WideBandImaging
