UniBoard Kick-off meeting (Dwingeloo, 26-27 February 2009)


The UniBoard kick-off meeting will be held in Dwingeloo on February 26th (afternoon) and February 27th (half day).
The primary aim of the meeting is for all parties to agree on a basic board design and a choice of hard- and software platforms.

Accommodation and Registration:

The participants will be accommodated at the Hotel de Börken in Lhee (Dwingeloo).
A block of single rooms has been reserved for this meeting.
Cost: € 65,00 per night.

The nearest international airport is Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol). The train station at Schiphol is located within the airport - only a 5 minute walk from the baggage reclaim area.
You should get the direct train from Schiphol to Hoogeveen, this leaves 19 minutes after the hour.

Before you travel you should inform the JIVE Secretary about when you expect to arrive in Schiphol and which train you will take to Hoogeveen. When you contact the JIVE secretary upon arrival Schiphol (tel. +31(0)521 596524) to confirm the train times, a taxi will be arranged to meet you at Hoogeveen station.

The meeting dinner will take place at the Hotel de Börken in Lhee (Dwingeloo).
