**Achievements in reporting period:** During the reporting period (January 1st - September 25th) we have provided a total of 266 hours of e-MERLIN observations for TNA-enabled projects. These observations are associated with 6 original MERLIN and MERLIN+EVN projects. e-MERLIN is being commissioned during 2009 and 2010, and the observations reported here are in the original MERLIN bandwidth configuration but with new e-MERLIN receivers. The TNA-enabled progammes are listed below: || **Code** || **Title** || **PI** || **Time**|| || MN/06B/13 || Low Power CSS || K-Bajraszewska || 49hrs || || MN/08B/09 || NSL1-BAL Quasars || Zuther || 24hrs || || RR022 || IC2497 || Rampadarath || 78hrs || || EP064 || ULIRGs || Perez-Torres || 75hrs || || EP065 || Megamaser ULIRGs || Perez-Torres || 25hrs || || EW013 || OH masers in post-AGB stars || Wolak || 15hrs|| || || || || **Total** 266hrs|| Observations for all these projects have now been completed. During e-MERLIN commissioning proposals may only be submitted for Director's Discretionary Time. Future open proposal submission is planned to be re-introduced as e-MERLIN comes on line (around Q2 2010). **Problems / Issues** * Issues - organisational, administrative or other problems foreseen * Red flags - major problems **Forward Look** * e-MERLIN digital commissioning is going well, with fringes from 3 telescopes. Two further telescopes due on-line by November, and last telescope (Cambridge) around the end of the year. MERLIN observations are still being made in conjunction with commissioning, and shared-risk observations with e-MERLIN will start in early 2010.
