Achievements in reporting period:

  • Quantity of access provided
19.05 hours (period 2010 Jan 01 to Mar 31)
NB: Access hours at JCMT are dependent upon whether
an observer travels to Hawaii to observe. In such
cases, Access Hours equal the hours approved by the
TAG/ITAC.
In the table below the Access hours are those
applicable to the reporting period only. They are
given as integers if and when an observer has
travelled . . .

Proposals received recently for semester 10B include
 6 that are RadioNet-eligible.
  • Estimated quantity of access in next 12 months
Completion of the RadioNet-eligible proposals
in semester 10A would require a further ~7 hours
of 'access', while the proposals received for 10B,
if all approved, require 220 hours.
Due to the flexible nature of JCMT observing, of
course, it is also possible that we will make
observations for many previously approved programs.
